(Who, what, when, how).  Who were the stakeholders?  Discuss the contract and the project delivery method.  What risks were involved?  Discuss the contract and any contractual issues.  Would you do anything differently if you were the owner?  Would you do anything differently if you were the builder?  How does this relate to our class?
